Core Technical Advantages
1. Peak Shaving
Supported by the intelligent EMS, the system monitors real-time power load of the factory around the clock. When the power consumption hits the peak period, the energy storage system discharges actively to offset part of the peak load. It effectively cuts down the maximum power draw from the public grid, avoids expensive peak demand charges and stabilizes the overall power consumption of the facility.
2. Load Shifting
The system realizes flexible load shifting by coordinating photovoltaic generation and energy storage. It stores excess solar power and low-cost grid electricity during off-peak hours, and releases stored energy during high-price peak hours. This mode transfers power consumption from high-cost periods to low-cost periods, fully increases on-site solar self-consumption rate, optimizes power load curve and substantially reduces total electricity expenses.

The average daily operating capacity of the BESS reaches about two-thirds of the total capacity, showing a high utilization rate.
