This product integrates a microcomputer-based automatic synchronization device and a high-speed power failure detection device, allowing it to identify power grid abnormalities and perform seamless switching at the millisecond level. It provides an economical and safe grid connection and disconnection control solution for energy storage systems and microgrids.

Core Technological Breakthrough:

Traditional microgrids rely on static transfer switches (STS) for switching during grid power failures, leading to power gaps of over 20 milliseconds, which can cause precision equipment to shut down. The "Spirit Dog No. 1" redefines the response mechanism at the fundamental level: the synchronization device tracks grid status in real-time with a phase error of <2° and a frequency accuracy of <0.02Hz, ensuring precise closing within the first cycle when conditions are met. The power failure detection device outputs a disconnection signal locally during a grid anomaly, without relying on upper-level communication, achieving a sub-millisecond response speed.

Zero-Second Switching Achieved in Engineering:

Based on the collaboration of the aforementioned hardware, Renepoly has transitioned the "zero-second switching" technology from the laboratory to commercial application. In the event of a power grid failure, the device quickly disconnects, ensuring that critical loads experience "no perception of power outages." After the grid is restored, the synchronization device calculates the forward time accurately to achieve a seamless reconnection without causing voltage dips or inrush currents.

System Advantages and Applications:

Compared to the traditional combination of "energy storage inverter + STS + diesel generator," this device adopts a modular design, supports wide voltage power acquisition, and can be wall-mounted, significantly simplifying the system architecture. Local logic control replaces complex communication scheduling, improving response speed while reducing initial investment and operational costs. The open RS485 and Ethernet interfaces reserve channels for future virtual power plant scheduling integration. Currently, this solution has been adapted for high-reliability scenarios such as data centers, semiconductor production lines, hospital ICUs, and smart campuses, ensuring continuous power supply for automated production and critical loads.
